Camp Tour

One day this summer I took my family up to Camp Jackson to relax and go fishing. As soon as I past under the archway a flood of memories came back to me in a flash. With in no time I was telling my "I remember when stories" and "I can't believe they have let this place get like this". I noticed my oldest son giving me the "Give me a break dad" look. So I pull out my camera bag, handed it to him and said, "Well show me what you see at Camp Jackson". That day my son gave me a lesson in what different people see and memories. He did not see old buildings he saw the beauty that was there before our memories ever started. Everyone has different memories and views of Camp Jackson, and if I wanted my children's memories and views to be good ones, then I had better get busy and start making them. That is why this site got started.
